UCP.LLC is the product ecosystem behind Vkup. Vkup is a video-commerce tool designed to turn commercially meaningful product appearances into structured, reviewable, and publishable shopping moments.
What is UCP.LLC?
UCP.LLC is a commerce-technology product ecosystem focused on connecting product data, offers, rights, and purchase actions across digital experiences. On this website, UCP means the Universal Commerce Platform developed within this project.
What is Vkup?
Vkup is a tool within UCP.LLC. It analyses a video, identifies eligible visible products, and creates a Kup for each confirmed appearance. A Kup records the product, timing, position, duration, commercial data, and the shopping action that can be called while the video plays.
What the current site provides
The current publication is an interactive product prototype and technical whitepaper. It demonstrates video upload, product detection, Kup review, export, publishing options, and the proposed Pre-credit model. It does not currently process real payments or create paid customer accounts.
Rights and availability
Product sales and appearance or selling-rights licensing are optional workflows. Their availability depends on ownership, applicable permissions, approved contracts, territory, platform support, and law. No revenue or rights value is guaranteed.
