Privacy information for the Vkup prototype.
This notice describes the data behaviour of the current public prototype. It will be replaced with the final operator-specific policy before accounts, server uploads, or payments are enabled.
Information entered in the prototype
The current early-access form stores the submitted name, contact detail, intended role, and registration time in your own browser storage. The prototype does not currently transmit that form entry to a UCP.LLC customer database.
Test video uploads
A video selected in the demo is loaded locally by your browser for the on-page preview. The current prototype does not upload that file to a UCP.LLC processing server. Do not use confidential or rights-restricted material in a public prototype.
Payments and accounts
No real payment is processed and no production customer account is created by this version of the site. The Pre-credit order screen is illustrative. A final privacy notice will name the operator, processors, retention periods, legal bases, and user rights before those functions are activated.
Third-party resources
The site may request font files from Google Fonts and editorial images from Unsplash. Those providers may receive standard request information such as your IP address and browser details under their own privacy terms. The site also uses essential browser storage for language preference and the local prototype entry.
Your control
You may clear the prototype's stored entry and language preference at any time by clearing site data for ucp.llc in your browser. Because the current form entry is not sent to our server, there is no server-side waitlist record to delete from this prototype.
